Gang saw is mainly applied in cutting of marble, granite and nonmetallic materials like ceramics and concrete etc. Of the following characteristics:
1. Distyle portal frame structure is adopted, which is of excellent general fixity. Saw blade assembly of φ3500mm, φ2500mm and φ1800mm each can be fixed together according to production requirement.
2. The machine is of large lifting scope and long transverse range, applicable in layered cutting of materials of large specification. Meanwhile, it's of high transverse walking speed. The cutting mode of shallow cutting and rapid running can be applied, which is of the characteristics of high cutting efficiency, high recovery, high cutter head utilization rate and long lifespan of saw blade etc.
3. PLC is applied in the control system, of high automation degree. Vertical pitching can greatly improve the production efficiency and effective processing length. Double speed control is introduced into vertical pitching and worktable slicing, effectively guaranteeing processing precision.
4. Thin oil concentration electric lubrication system is applied in elevating rail, master screw and guiding ramp. Of excellent lubricating effect, good precision and decreasing daily maintenance.
5. In security, wear limit protection device of elevating screw and flow protection device of cooling water can ensure reliability of the equipment.
